The Board of Education of the Scarsdale Union Free School District will hold the following meetings on Monday, January 12, 2026, in Room 170-172 at Scarsdale High School, 2 Brewster Road, unless noted otherwise. 

At 6:00 p.m., the Board will convene a Special Meeting. It is anticipated that the Board will enter into an Executive Session to discuss matters related to the employment history of a particular person.

Please note: Following the Executive Session, it may be necessary to delay the start of the Audit Committee Meeting for approximately 5 minutes for the audiovisual and technical setup.

At 6:30 p.m., the Board will convene as the Audit Committee.

Immediately following the Audit Committee Meeting, the Board will convene a Business Meeting. 

Highlights of the Business Meeting agenda include the following:

• Cabinet Updates;

• A Consent Agenda, including a Personnel Report;

• Information and Discussion items, including a Capital Projects Bond Update, the second reading of Policy 2160 -School District Officer and Employee Code of Ethics and Regulation 2160-R - School District Ethics Regulation, Policy #5550 - Student Privacy, a RFP for a District healthcare consultant, the development of the 2026-27 school calendar, a Board discussion regarding legislative advocacy opportunities, gift proposals over $1,000.00; and

• Action items including the appointment of a District healthcare consultant, Policy #2160 and Regulation #2160-R, and gift proposals to Fox Meadow Elementary School, the Middle School, and the High School.
