The Board of Education of the Scarsdale Union Free School District will hold the following meeting on Monday, August 25, 2025, in Room 170-172 at Scarsdale High School, 2 Brewster Road, unless noted otherwise. 

At 6:00 p.m., the Board will convene a Business Meeting.

Highlights of the Business Meeting agenda include the following:

• Cabinet Updates;

• A Consent Agenda, including a Personnel Report;

• Information and Discussion items, including budget transfers, a service agreement with Highland, a Board discussion on its 2025-26 goals, the Superintendent evaluation template, and Board summer work, a review of the renewal of stop-loss insurance for 2025-26, STI courses for the fall, the second reading of Policy 8113 - Extreme Heat Condition Days, and Regulation 1400-R, and Exhibit 1400-E Complaints Regulation and Complaint Form, gift proposals exceeding $1,000.00; and

• Action items including budget transfers, the Highland Fleet Agreement, policies, the renewal of stop-loss insurance for 2025-26, and gift proposals to Edgewood, Fox Meadow, Greenacres, Heathcote, and Quaker Ridge Elementary Schools and the Middle School. 

Following the Business Meeting, it is anticipated that the Board will enter into an Executive Session to discuss matters related to the employment history of a particular person.
