SPRING SPORTS START ON MONDAY, MARCH 9.

Gold Card Activity Registration Instructions: 

Athletic participation requires updated health history and consent forms, otherwise known as the "Gold Card." Health history forms must be completed for each season a student participates in a sport. Physicals are valid for 1 year from the date of the last exam.

If you already have an Arbiter account for your family, this link will take you to the Scarsdale registration page. Scroll to the bottom and select the section (sport) you wish to register for and begin the registration process.

If you do not already have an account with Arbiter, follow these directions:
To create a new account, visit this link.  On the user sign-up page, enter the following:

• Parent or Guardian First and Last Name
• Parent or Guardian Email
• Password
• Cell Phone Number
• Check “I agree to the Arbiter Terms of Service” and click Submit.  DO NOT check  "I want to create a NEW organization."

Please know that the school nurses clear students based on the medical information provided during the registration process. The application is then passed to the Athletic Director to clear based on athletic eligibility.  With hundreds of applications received each season, the clearance process can take several days.
